Many people are now espousing the advantages of doing cardiovascular on an empty belly. This is alleged to help you burn fat quicker. I know guys at the Gym who sit atop an Exercise Bike for 45 minutes at a time, without having eaten a thing for Breakfast. Are they mad, or have they stumbled over the grail of fat-consuming Cardio methods?
